Kakori Shaheed Inter College is not merely an educational institution; it is a monument to the spirit of Indian independence. Established in 1952 in the sacred and historic land of Parashuram Puri (Jalalabad), Shahjahanpur, our college carries the pride of a glorious past.
The foundation of this great institution was laid by the eminent freedom fighter, Shri Prem Kishan Khanna Ji. An active member of the Hindustan Republican Association (HRA) and a close associate of immortal martyrs like Shaheed Ram Prasad Bismil and Ashfaqulla Khan, Khanna Ji dedicated his youth to the motherland.
"True freedom is not just breaking the chains of colonialism, but breaking the chains of ignorance through the power of education."
— The Guiding PhilosophyAfter enduring rigorous imprisonment for his role in the historic Kakori Train Robbery case (for providing his arms license to Bismil Ji), Prem Kishan Khanna Ji spent his post-independence years battling a new enemy: illiteracy. To empower the rural youth of Shahjahanpur, he established Kakori Shaheed Inter College, turning his revolutionary zeal into an educational awakening.
Today, standing proud for over 70 years, KSIC blends this deep-rooted cultural heritage with modern, high-tech education, transforming the youth of Parashuram Puri into leaders of tomorrow.
To cultivate a disciplined, intellectually rigorous, and culturally rooted environment. We strive to empower the youth of Parashuram Puri with modern scientific knowledge and profound moral values, ensuring they step into the world as responsible, capable, and visionary citizens of India.
